After completion of his education, He started practice as a Chartered Accountant. Subsequently, he started business activities by incorporating above company, having main objects of financial consultancy and ship breaking.

Pranavkumar Vinaykant Parikh, aged sixty-five (65) years, is the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since December 30, 2009. He holds a bachelors degree in engineering civil and Masters of Industrial Engineering. He has 30 (thirty) years of experience in Consultancy and Civil Engineering. Prior to joining our Company, he has been associated with Shree Enterprise, Bhavnagar. He has been actively involved in his own professional pursuits as an approved valuer and Chartered Engineer since 1999. Prior to joining our Company, he was engaged in construction activities, serving as an engineer and consultant.​

Smt. Sangeeta Jain, Whole Time Director
